A declaration of condominium, also known as a master deed or CC&Rs, is a legal document that establishes the rules and responsibilities of a condominium. It's binding on all current and future owners. Purpose Creates the condominium, Defines the rights and obligations of unit owners, Ensures the condominium is well-maintained, ensures common areas are used responsibly, and Provides procedures for resolving disputes.
