Mission Statement:

•    We are all volunteers and owners.

•    We assure the structural integrity of our buildings as well as the rules and regulations of the Association, as well as county permits.

•    The architectural committee reviews applications for modifications, additions, or architectural changes

•    We make sure that owners respect and understand our rules.

•    The architectural committee looks out for the entire community and dedicate our time for the owners of Lake Clarke Gardens.
