2025 Property Manager Goals

Communication: Focus on strengthening collaboration between the management office, team, and property manager to create a more effective communication framework. Actively work on building positive relationships within the community while enhancing the flow of information. Strive to ensure that all communication from the office is clear and concise, contributing to a more cohesive and supportive environment for everyone involved.

Financial: Work towards improving the association's financial health by an additional 10% increase through the elimination of unnecessary expenses.

Monthly Reports: Provide a monthly manager's report and action list to the board, supplementing the information shared in the newsletter and discussed during monthly meetings. This will enhance communication and ensure everyone is aligned on key actions, projects, and updates.

Collections: Take decisive action to improve collections by collaborating closely with the attorney to review delinquent accounts and effectively oversee the collections process. Our strong approach will ensure that we recover outstanding debts efficiently and confidently move forward. I intend to work towards a fifteen (15) percent reduction in collections to enhance our overall efficiency.

Training: Offer the team additional training and support in areas that require improvement, while supporting them and their growth with Lake Clarke Gardens.
