2025 Board of Directors Goals

  • Bus Driver.

  • Begin preventive maintenance tasks.

  • Review all contracts.

  • Post contracts on the website.

  • Improve landscaping.

  • Improve lighting at the entrance by inspecting and enhancing security lighting for buildings, parking lots, and streets.

  • Enhance work order process with monthly reporting to include acknowledgment of receipt and completion.

  • Improve customer service.

  • Enhance communication efforts.

  • Find solutions for washer/dryer issues.

  • Obtain bids and prioritize elevator modernization projects.

  • Explore better options for sales and rental screening processes.

  • Engage with the community for expertise, creating a file of information for future reference and assistance.

  • Conduct orientation for a fresh start.

  • Investigate self-insurance and risk-sharing insurance options.

  • Review and explore auditor options.

  • Take inventory of owned equipment and assets.

  • Reevaluate purchase, rental, and resident forms to ensure they comply with our bylaws.

  • Implement more aggressive termite control measures.

  • Complete pipe replacements when walls/ceilings are opened.

  • Revise the Breeze-line Contract.

  • Reschedule agenda meetings for Thursdays prior to board meetings.

  • Maintenance schedule for the year must be reviewed, updated, and approved by the board.

  • Develop plans for implementing repairs recommended in the Sirs report.

  • Maintain the community's financial health by increasing revenue and reducing unnecessary expenses.

  • Ongoing education for owners about the community's finances.

  • Repave the East pool.

  • Begin road repairs for deterioration of edges and curbs.
